What a fantastic spot! The pizza was incredible, and I really loved the Crazy Canuck.

When I arrived, the server handed me a menu and asked me to sit wherever I liked, promising to be with me shortly. Everything seemed to be going well. However, when he came to take my order, I placed it and he just stood there looking at me. He nodded a couple of times and then prompted me by saying, "Please." It was as if he was asking me to say "please" before he would process my order. At first, I thought he was joking, but it soon became clear that he wasn't. I obliged and said "please," after which he went to get my order. I have to admit, I was taken aback; it felt as if I were ten years old again. This was the first time I've ever had a server request that I say "please" before completing my order. I can't help but wonder if I inadvertently gave off some negative vibe, as I don't consider myself rude. So, to the owners or managers of Whistler Brewing: Is this a new policy? Are orders not processed unless customers say "please"? I sincerely hope not. I didn't write this to cause any drama, but it certainly put a damper on my day, which is why I'm sharing my thoughts. In summary: the beer was great, the food was good, but this particular experience... not so good.

This wonderful brewery located just south of Whistler offers an excellent selection of local beers. The service is attentive and friendly, though the food options are somewhat limited and just average. Be sure to check their opening times and any private events, as the voicemail states they close at 7 PM on weekdays, but in reality, they're open until 8 PM.

Hugues was an amazing tour guide! He is very knowledgeable and charismatic. Great beer, great food, great service! Nice way to wrap up a weekend in Whistler.

Great beer here! Tried 8 of their beers and they were all good! Honey lager and Variable Conditions Hazy IPA were favorites.
