The Original Pancake House - Whippany

Breakfast is fav meal of my wife. Though I am lazy guy and let’s accept it, who wakes up early to go to restaurant to have breakfast but if it’s your wife, you must sacrifice your sleep and defend your fort. Sorry, I am suffering from GOT fever. “ A guy has no sleep” and wife decided to come here on rainy Sunday. It was not very busy as we expected. We got the booth. It has its own old vibe. I liked the ambiance. The Original Pancake House was founded in Portland, Oregon in 1953 which I read on their site. Even this outlet must be 30-40 Years old. Food was great. We ordered French Crepes and breakfast burrito which comes with amazing Mint salsa and baked potato. My queen was satisfied and one must do everything in their capability to make her happy. another pun :P . Service was great. I liked the graffiti on the restaurant glass with image of Buzz Aldrin, George Washington, Thomas Edison. I read those facts and I am sure those are not correct facts but it was funny though. Its open every day from 7 Am- 2 PM EST

Had a delicious brunch here with the girls! We loved that it was BYO and we made mimosas with OJ. Highly recommend the cinnamon almond French toast, it was amazing!

Great service and great breakfast any time of day. It sucks that the strip mall it's located in is almost all empty and looks like it's stuck in the 90s but that is no fault of this great establishment!

This place is great for all ages with amazing options for breakfast.

Awesome pancakes. Drove all the way from Brooklyn and wasn't disappointed. Will return a.s.a.p. So yummy!
