We have eaten at Logan’s here near Cabelas several times in the past and each time it has been very good. But, not true on this visit at all. It took about 15 minutes to put in our drink order, so we ordered our meal at that time as well. I ordered the Prime rib and my wife a French dip sandwich. The menu says limited Prime rib but that’s what I wanted so I figured let’s give it a try. After more than 30 minutes the waiter informed me I’d have to pick something else as there was no more prime rib. I asked how could it take 30 minutes to tell me this? He said, hey it’s Sunday if you want prime rib come on Friday... seriously? I wanted to know why it took 30 minutes to tell me you’re out. Now let’s start the order all over again. Good thing I’m not in a hurry. I ordered ribeye since except how you cook it, it’s the same thing. Steamed broccoli and salad. The ribeye was done perfectly that’s where the 2 stars come from. Very tasty and juicy. The broccoli was raw. Only the smallest of pieces were cooked at all. The salad was fine except the tomatoes were hard green chunks. My wife’s sandwich was super tasty and tender but, here comes the but, the chips which were her side were burnt. It may not be so noticeable in the picture but they tasted awful. The waiter replaced them with tortilla chips. All in all total thumbs down. . Not sure we want to repeat this performance too many other choices.
We waited really long for our food only for it to be room temperature and dry. Our server sat down while taking our order and kept looking outside instead of writing down the order. He forgot extra rolls, sauce, and the onions and mushrooms for a steak. Rarely checked on us and never told us sorry about the wait or forgetting parts of the order. The bill wasn’t exactly cheap either to wait 50 min for dry meat and poor service.
Food was not cooked to order, husband wanted a med. Done steak and it was well done, he said it tasted like singed hair. Cost was almost 20.00 for his plate,ribeye,not worth it the way it was done and didn't look good either. Tasted better the very first time we had went amd it just kept going down hill. Had to put left overs in small containers because they did not have plate size ones.
This place used to be amazing when it first opened. Well since then the place went down hill. I took my father their for Father's Day. He got a burger and I got a steak. My wife got a steak as well. They were out of sweet potatoes they were out of regular potatoes they were out of a lot of things. That a lot to of stuff to be out of for fathers day my steak I ordered medium well and came out medium my wife was supposed to be medium came out rare she sent it back and we purposely cut it in half and asked for a new steak they brought out the same steak and I believe just microwaved it because it was still rare when you cut in to the two halves. My dad's burger he got well done. He took a bite it was a little pink took another was a little worse so he ripped it in half and it was red that's disgusting. We asked to speak to the manager she was nice but only comped us 6 dollars for all of that my father and wife didn't even get to eat. We too the left over meat that was raw and I fed it to my dog. Will not be going back for a long time not impressed
