Little Caesars Pizza - Wheeling

Overall, I gave this location 4 stars. The food is good, no better or worse than an average Little Caesars pizza. However there have been times that I have gone in and they've been quite busy, causing some of the employees to be under apparent stress and snippy with some customers. Having worked in the food business I understand how chaotic things can get when busy but it should never be taken out on your customers. I don't have this issue often but I still found it common enough to be necessary to include in the review. Overall I am very happy with my experiences here but it can sometimes be hit or miss as far as customer service goes.

Ordered the thin crust pepperoni pizza at the warwood location ,it was ready in less than 10 min and was very good.

The service is fast and reliable. The food is tasty, though it can sometimes be a bit rich. The cozy dining area may feel a bit crowded, especially if you're waiting for your meal. On the bright side, there are plenty of parking spaces if you prefer to wait in your car.

The pizza is reasonably priced, but my biggest concern lies with the manager, who can be rather rude and often reacts as if requesting anything additional is a personal insult. The rest of the staff are fantastic, but he’s the only one I've had issues with. If you haven't had the chance to try Little Caesars yet, I wholeheartedly recommend it. Their prices are similar to those of frozen pizzas, making it an excellent choice for those on a tight budget.

This place really needs some extra help during lunchtime. The guy working there was talking to himself and seemed overwhelmed, rushing around both in the kitchen and at the counter. As for the "hot and ready" concept, it definitely wasn't ready at all.
