Ihlenfeld Dining Room - Wheeling

We were absolutely disappointed in our experience. We waited for over and hour to get our food. Then only half of our food was brought out and it was all cold. We asked to talk to a manager and he wouldn’t come. The waitress said I told him but he might not come over. Absolutely ridiculous.

$30 per person for a mediocre buffet with lettuce and dressing for a salad. The worst italian food I have ever eaten. Service was terrible. Plates were never picked up from table. Paid $120 for 4 people and we all left hungry.

Didn't realize you have to WAIT to get into an empty dining room!??

We were staying at the resort and decided to have lunch there this last weekend with extended family. Food is mediocre. Prices are way too high. Servers weren't that great. We waited a long time for our meal and there was hardly anyone there. Without tip, for 3 people, our bill was $170. Yes, we knew what we were paying, but it was definitely not worth it. Food was better than expected! Prices were on the higher side but worth it. Limited selection menu but everything was well cooked/prepared. I would recommend
