The Rogue Squire - Wheelers Hill (VIC)

This place is a little gem in the area, with a unique and modern decor that’s hard to find elsewhere unless you head to Glen Waverley or Knox. It has been popular since it opened. I particularly enjoy the rooftop bar, which boasts an extensive wine list and offers two potion options.

Growing up in glen waverley I was thrilled when they actually did something with this place. Service was awesome from the moment we walked in. Food came really quickly which the kids liked. Love the decor, wasn’t too loud but getting busy when we left. Will make another trip soon

Great brews! Nice food. Little slow on getting cocktails out but good experience over all. The beer paddles are a good way to sample a variety of beers.

We ordered a shared platter for the kids and a cured salmon salad for myself. Food was delicious, kids menu was better than most but would like to see a pasta on the menu. However, the pumpkin hummus and carrot sticks are a good snack idea for the kids. The ambience is great and would be great in the outdoor area over summer. The restaurant is upstairs though, so not suitable for elderly, disabled or young children. Husband ordered a steak sandwich, possibly the let down of the day with the meat over cooked and no relief with any sauce. Craft beers great, floor staff friendly and good knowledge of drinks. Would come back, and recommend

This is a fantastic spot to relax with friends. The drink selection is impressive and offers some great options. They even let you sample before you choose! My personal favorite is the Golden Ale. This time, I had the parma, which was delightful—crispy with a wonderful twist of pulled pork instead of traditional ham on top. It absolutely doesn't deserve that 2.7-star rating; it seems like those reviewers might have tried the chef's tasting platter, which I wasn’t fond of during my first visit.
