Jersey Mike's Subs - Wheat Ridge

Just go to the ones on 64th or youngfield. This location is by far the most disappointing experience you could have with a sandwich. I've ordered there twice now and both times have sucked. 1: They messed up my order. When I realized, I took thesandwich back and had them remake it. They did so, but I received terrible customer service. So bad that I left a review (andgot a call from the guy that had served me apologizing for his behavior) 2: They again messed up my order today. Not only that,but I PAID $9 for extras on my sandwich that I did not receive. Also, the meat tasted kinda funky so I'm mildly concerned aboutwhether or not it was safe to eat. I'm not even going to bother going back and talking to them at this point. They probablywouldn't do anything about it anyway. Jersey Mike's is a great company that makes great sandwiches. I never had a complaintuntil I tried this location. They're stingy, mean, and they dont seem to understand what customer service means. Avoid it likethe plague and go to one of the others that are nearby.

Just had a pleasant experience in the new Jersey Mikes off Kipling! Great food and service. Bread was soft and fresh! Sandwiches are HUGE!

The staff was super friendly and the place could be literally photographed, it was so clean and tidy. Seriously impressed
