Awful service. Awful quality, Awful prices. Never again! Total waste of money and time. Wholly absolute no value for money

We have had a few meals here, but last night was the worst we have ever experienced, we ordered 2 roast beef and a chicken burger. The roast looked impressive when it arrived but the Yorkshire pudding was like powder and very burnt, the veg was so hard when I put my fork into the carrot it flew across the table and the beef was inedible, beyond chewy, full of gristle. The potatoes tasted like they were days old and not remotely Crispy. For the first time ever I took the meal back and refused to pay for the roasts

Have stopped on way home for many years for a pint, tonight saw the Wednesday offer, fish and chips…don’t normally eat that early but.. pleased I did after a quiet day, . no great wait, pleasant service and when came perfectly cooked and good sized portion..,

The appetizer took a long time to arrive and when it finally did, it was the wrong order. No one cleared the tables and we had to wait an hour and a half for our main courses. When the food arrived, it was terrible and we couldn't finish it. The meal was very expensive and we ended up only eating the starters. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and we would not return to this restaurant.

I visited this restaurant for a Sunday roast beef, and overall, I was disappointed. The beef was just okay, probably prepacked meat. The potatoes seemed old and had clearly been cooked the day before, then reheated. The seasonal vegetables were a mixed bag - some were tough and hard to cut through, while others were mushy. The saving grace was the Yorkshire pudding, which was flavorful unlike the rest of the bland food on my plate. In the end, I would not recommend this place in the future. It was overpriced for the quality of food served.
