The restaurant is small, intimate and very relaxing . We were welcomed and shown to our table by very pleasant young lady, There is a good selection of wines spirits and beers on offer, but that is to be expected . What was not expected was the food , Described as posh rustic all I can say is WOW , My partner had beef and I had lamb and we tried each other 's dish, the combination of flavours are mouth-watering delicious and the presentation was wonderful. We had three courses and every one was a delight. All in all this is fine dining at it 's best for less than 25 quid each . If it was London you would be paying upwards of 100 quid per head . Weymouth has a very talented chef on there hands .
My husband and I visited here last night and had an absolutely fantastic three course meal. The food was beautifully presented and each course tasted amazing. The staff were very attentive and the restaurant itself has a lovely, intimate ambience. This place deserves to thrive.. We will be back!
Me and my partner ate in shelleys last night and were not dissapointed. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and we left full! For the quality of the food and service from the staff i would happily pay more. Would definitely recommend. Compliments to the chef!
Quite a good menu though surprisingly little sea food. Tasty offerings but vegetables cold. Service from the young lady very good
