Boba Latte - Weymouth

Tried this place twice when first discovered and really enjoyed the boba drinks! However, I have since tried going back twice on different days and both times they were closed !! when they were suppose to be open according to their business hours posted! During the second attempt, I had also noticed they had changed their “summer business hours” again. I had gone on a Sunday just after 11am and they were closed although their opening hour that day was posted on the door as 11:00am. I get that they are a small family run business, but you can’t run a business this way where you “make your own hours at will” and have no disregard for service and customer loyalty. The worst part is that I tried calling multiple times as well and the voicemail only says NOT to leave messages as their vm is broken LOL. I even contacted by text as suggested and as expected didn’t get any response After multiple calls, someone finally picked up and was told they were not actually going to be open until Wednesday 3 days later due to some “family issue.” Again if that was true, you would leave a sign on the door and change your vm message reflecting this so customers are aware. Just overall very poor way of running a business. Such a shame….

Local family owned. Nice place to check out. Mango bubble tea as great. Also tried the chicken sub. Would recommend.

What makes this place unique is their amazing homemade boba. The texture and taste is spot on and so much better than regular boba. I stopped going to the bubble tea chains and started coming here to support local. Been here a handful of times since opening, and owner's been friendly. Three stars because when they're good, they're really good. But unfortunately, the consistency and customer service isn't there. I won't be coming back after my latest experience. It was a Saturday, but they told me they were out of their homemade boba. Opted for the regular boba instead for hubby's drink, while I got a fruit tea. He took one sip and said the boba was inedible, hard, and not fresh, and the drink tasted wrong, like they were out of tea and substituted sugar water instead. I started to question the ingredients in mine. When I brought it back and explained, owner had her employee remake the drink. Not to apologize and replace the drink that was made wrong, but to taste for herself. She handed me a refund, and I left disappointed.
