Tapville Social Wexford

I made a reservation (which was not needed as the restaurant was empty) and there were no servers/workers in sight. After about an awkward 5-10 minute wait, someone came up and seated us. After ordering drinks, it appeared that there was only one server and the other two gentlemen appeared to be like managers or ownership. Our drinks came out at a reasonable time (both ordered flights) as well as the appetizer came out quickly. When it came to ordering food, I got a Caesar salad that had the wrong dressing. After waiting a few minutes to try to find a staff member, I was unsuccessful so I just ate the salad with the provided dressing (which I believe was the dressing for their other salad). Overall I do not blame that one staff member that was working, I blame management for not having more staff scheduled. Additionally, although the mixed drinks are good, specifically the flights, the food is overrated.

We had heard mixed reviews but ended up going to Tapville on a Saturday evening with a party of 7. There was no one there. . . and now we know why. While I'm not a huge fan of ordering everything from a tablet on the table (I feel like I'm at the airport restaurants), I don't mind doing it. However, the menu on the tablet was missing some items from the QR code scanned menu. We had to change a few orders for some people at the table. Our food came out one plate at a time over a 45 minute period. After 3 meals had been brought to the table, we were informed the one item ordered was no longer available and the order had to be changed. I was the last person to get my food (it was about 45 minutes after the first plate had been brought out). Even the changed order came out before my burger. They had not corrected the charge for the item that wasn't available, we were charged for both items. We had to repeatedly ask for things like water, ketchup for fries, etc. This place is not organized, not focused on service, and will not be somewhere we come back to.

Food was below average. Service was not good. Ordered an Old Fashioned, would not re order. Drinks from other table accidentally delivered to us, daughter's sweat tea was unsweetened, we asked for another, same tea brought back. Street tacos not very good and my wife's salad was unappealing. Daughter said cheeseburger was ok. If you just want to go drink a variety of beers, I would highly recommend due to their tap system where you can self pour and buy by the ounce, but as far as returning to eat, I would not recommend.

Service wasn’t great. Most didn’t speak English well. Food was good but expensive. We had to do most of the work ourselves.

Girls night out. We had a great time. Our server was super friendly and patient with us as we were quite loud enjoying catching up and a good time.
