Michael our hibachi chef is probably the dumbest employee they have there. He didn’t know we had a seafood allergy even thought we had told the waitress multiple times. He tried to cook our food with seafood and did not properly separate anything. He failed to fix his mistake and continued cooking. We had to ask the waitress to get us food.
The service was good. The atmosphere looks exactly the same. It wasn't bad, but it just seemed a little stale. Their food is usually pretty good, but this time, it was just ok. In my opinion, it tasted like some of the recipes were tweaked. Examples: ginger dressing on the salad and the steak sauce for the hibachi. Also, the steak could have been trimmed better, as their was a lot of gristle, and I know chicken needs to be well done, but this chicken was well, well, well done.
Food was good but we didn't sit at the hibachi bar and our server was hard to find.
Excellent restaurant with wonderful service and experience! Hibachi area is very kid-friendly and the chefs make sure everyone has fun with their meal. Definitely get what you pay for but you'll have a great time and are almost guaranteed to take home leftovers
