All the managers (Griffin, Jaryd, Bella) and the staff are consistently amazing. Their warm welcome and positive attitude make us feel great, which is one of the reasons we visit this place so often. We absolutely love Graeter's! Their signature Raspberry Buckeye is incredible, and I highly recommend trying the Midnight Snack. I enjoy their seasonal flavors like the Blueberry Cobbler and the Apple Pie Sundae. Their ice cream waffle cones are fantastic as well. I just wish they offered more seasonal varieties!

Let me tell you, the Vienna coffee flavor is hands-down one of the best coffee ice creams I’ve ever tasted, especially in Pittsburgh. When paired with the coconut chip, it was simply divine. The ice cream is rich and incredibly smooth. I’m a big fan of Millie’s Homemade and Bruster’s Real Ice Cream, but I genuinely think this place surpasses them. My wife chose the mocha chocolate chip, which I couldn't resist trying, and it was absolutely incredible. She also went for the double chocolate-dipped cone, which was out of this world—definitely one of the best cones I’ve ever had. Overall, this spot is fantastic. I would rate it a solid 10/10!

Sorbet uses clean ingredients, but the ice cream is made with soy, which is disappointing.

If you're seeking top-notch ice cream, you should visit Graeter's. Their ice cream is absolutely delightful. While it might be slightly more expensive, it’s definitely worth it. They offer a wide variety of flavors, and you can also buy pints to take home. In addition to that, they serve sundaes and smoothies. I've consistently had excellent service there.
