Hoernsheimer Eck - Wetzlar

Speciality on the fish. I ordered grilled fish plaster with 3 different species of fish and garnish, served with Greek salad and garlic brot. the fish is fresh and well grilled.

Surprise find, it's a seafood restaurant, mostly European fish. There is an English menu. I would say presume the fish is fried unless you ordered from the grilled section. Really good garlic butter and bread, fish was Dory John, was a flavorful piece. Salad is fine too, but I wish they left out iceberg lettuce and used more of the green peasprout like tendrils, commonly found in Germany and Switzerland, but haven't seen in the US. It's a cozy and elegant restaurant in the old town.

Only dream of fish dishes. does not know where to start and where to stop. always tastes great here. hopefully back in the restaurant itself.
