Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - WETUMPKA

1st time I went,totally screwed up my order. Nothing was right. Went yesterday and ordered chicken livers and got home and they were burnt. Place was caotic and sooo unorganized. Has to start with management,,, beware

I tried calling the local number multiple times, but no one answered. I was really looking forward to having Popeyes closer to home, especially since I rarely go due to the fact that it doesn’t cater to my family's tastes. I decided to treat my family of seven to dinner tonight and spent my hard-earned money, but I will not be returning unless significant changes are made. The main employee taking orders was rude—constantly tapping her nails on the counter while rushing my order and repeatedly mentioning the family meal with tenders, even though her wording didn’t match the menu displayed right above her. This location really needs stronger management to survive in Wetumpka.

Food was delicious! Our last Popeyes experience in Atlanta was not good so we were wary of this visit BUT customer service was great, food was awesome and the store was very clean . Again let me say, the food was delicious. The hush puppy shrimp and chicken sandwich did not disappoint!!!

Decent food but really rude service. The young man taking our order was polite. But the woman working the drive through and helping at the front was really rude. We got our order but my son?s plain chicken sandwich was not in our sack. I stood at the front for several minutes before this woman helped me. Oh, and they weren?t busy AT ALL. Like we were the only people in there. When I say she ?helped? me? I mean she looked at me and didn?t say anything but just waited. I told her we were missing his chicken sandwich and she VERY rudely told me they were making it. I mean I have had some questionable service before but this place takes the cake. I am so sorry she hates her job but it isn?t my fault. WILL NEVER BE BACK.

The staff seemed to be just standing around while we waited for 20 minutes in the drive-thru for our nuggets, which had clearly been sitting in the trays for a long time. Eventually, my husband went inside to get our food. Unfortunately, the employees were rude and didn’t even provide us with a receipt. The large mac and cheese is definitely not large—it costs $7 and barely serves two people. I love Popeyes, but it just isn’t worth $30 and a 20-minute wait, especially with groceries sitting in the truck.
