This is one of the finest steakhouses in the South. I want to start by saying that whenever I’m in the state, I make it a point to visit. This place is definitely worth the drive from Birmingham and offers a unique experience that places like Perry’s, Fleming’s, and even Ruth’s Chris cannot replicate. Kelly, the manager, goes above and beyond to accommodate us and always greets us warmly. You can tell he truly loves his restaurant and works with a fantastic staff. Billy is our server every time, as I always request her; she’s a delight to be around, and I look forward to seeing her each visit. It's clear that both Kelly and Billy are passionate about what they do. Kelly is doing an outstanding job running this establishment! The food is top-notch! The steaks are always tender and full of flavor. If there’s ever an issue, it’s promptly addressed. And don’t miss the pan-roasted salmon! Fire Steakhouse is truly one of the best!

The service and food were outstanding! If you visit, make sure to try the crab and lobster mac and cheese—it's more than enough for sharing. The complimentary rose and chocolate truffles were a lovely touch to finish off the meal.

If you’re looking for high-quality, elegant cuisine, this is a wonderful spot for a lovely dinner. Our male waiter was fantastic and had a great sense of humor.

Lovely last minute later dinner stop while in town for a funeral. After a long emotional day we enjoyed it very much. House wine is Noble Vines, which is nice. Our server was very relaxed and comfortable, excellent service. Definitely recommend.

The best part of our evening was our waiter she was awesome. My Salmon served with angel hair pasta and brocollini was perfect. Although the 16oz med.rare steak lack taste. Beautiful presentation and all employees were gracious.. The host was perfect..we enjoyed our evening.
