Tim Hortons - Wetaskiwin

This Tim Hortons in a small town is surprisingly busy. The drive-thru layout is a bit ridiculous, but the staff is efficient. They may not be overly friendly, but they get the job done quickly. The food was tasty and I particularly enjoyed the pumpkin spice latte.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars for cleanliness. It was the dirtiest Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The bathrooms were absolutely horrendous and disgusting.

I ordered a medium iced cap and it wasn't even cold. It seemed there was very little ice in it. I'm used to a better iced cap!

So I go to work for 7 am.I go to Tim’s every morning, sometimes in the evening. I’m a very dedicated customer. But I have a problem. I went to get a tea this morning and the drive threw was pretty full so I figured I would go inside. Went to go in and the door was locked. Now what’s the good of a breakfast and coffee/tea business doing with doors locked at prime time in the morning?? I had plans to also get food this morning here but now if I had to get back in line I would be late for work.Dine in should be open before drive threw if you ask me!?Anyways I’m not happy without any tea and food this morning.

Place is so under staff, I honestly don't know why the have 2 tills open and yet have them open. I was behind 2 elderly ladies who've been in there longer then me just for them t help someone who just got there, mind you these elderly were here 15 mins prior before me and still didn't get help. Honestly shut down the diner obviously drive though is your priority. Or hire more people who like serving customers
