Whataburger - Westworth Village

Service was a little slow but that seems to be the new normal for drive thru restaurants running on minimal staff. But our order was accurate and tasty...including the salads which are sometimes a risk when you order at a fast food joint.

Overall it was pretty good, the start of my visit wasn 't good at all. The manager, who was apparently running the register, continues to clean the dining room. Never said anything like I 'll be right with you or asked someone else to take my order.Any restaurant manager should know that customers should be quickly greeted and they are a priority over cleaning or stocking.

I recently moved to the area about a month ago and have already visited this restaurant four times. Each time has been a fantastic experience, both in terms of food and service. The onion rings are always fresh, which is quite unusual at other places. However, I wanted to take a moment to especially commend the staff. I dined there twice on Thanksgiving, and I know that working on a major holiday can put people in a less than cheerful mood. But not this team—they were incredibly friendly, helpful, kind, and attentive. Thank you for your dedication and hard work, especially when you would have preferred to be at home with your families. Your efforts do not go unnoticed!

Every time I visit to grab food, whether it's for breakfast or lunch, it's a gamble as to whether my order will be correct. They are highly inconsistent in delivering what you actually ordered. A friend and I went through the drive-thru around 6:15 am and ordered three taquitos, but we ended up with a breakfast burger instead. There is absolutely zero quality control at the drive-thru.

The best location, without a doubt! Previously, I thought the Blue Mound store off 820 was the finest. They were always so friendly and knew my order by heart. However, the Westworth Village location has taken it to another level. The staff greets me by name, asks about my day, and double-checks my order before handing it to me. My burgers and taquitos are prepared exactly how I like them every single time! Plus, they ensure I have a fork when I order a salad, which saves me from any awkward moments and unnecessary back-and-forth. I’ll be learning your names too!
