Del Frisco's Grille Westwood

Two pricy NY strips cooked well done but ordered as medium rare. Way off, had to send back. They corrected the order but eating food out of sequence and late is not an optimal dining experience. What a waste. Cooks need to pay better attention in the kitchen.

It was my mother’s birthday and I put this in the notes and no one acknowledged her at all or came over to her which was a very underwhelming experience and birthday dinner for her. This has been noted to management

Awful, no one was assigned to our table. After 30 min we got up and left even after someone said they would be over they never came back.

Took almost 15 min for a waitress 40 min for a drink and long waits in between subsequent drinks Some sides came about 20 min before meal Food was not great except for the strip steak, other steaks at table were disappointing. One steak order was done wrong, kitchen said they would bring out another but it never arrived Apps, salad and sides were all disappointing Someone at our table told the hostess of our experience and no one came to the table to address it $300 per couple and we would have been better served at Longhorn No tablecloths no service not an upscale experience

Having a reservation meant nothing. You went on a waiting list the same way that walk ins did. We finally got a table. It was filthy and the hostess said someone would be right over to clean it. We waited and waited. Finally we got the manager who was very apologetic and he took care of us and he was attentive. The hostess attitude was unacceptable. I would not go back.
