Dairy Queen - WESTVILLE

NOT friendly at all. Felt like we were bothering them when we ordered 2 shakes at the drive thru. In addition to that, 2 small shakes were almost $10. Wow. Guess we're paying for that extra friendly service, huh?

Ordered food person in front of us food was wrong the four girls working up front laughed about it person in drive thru they messed up their order twice and was laughing took 20 minutes to fix a four piece chicken strip meal and a chili dog. Very unprofessional. My sister ordered a 4 piece chicken strips meal took 22 minutes. Very unsatisfied probably will not visit that store again. We ate there plenty of times in past no problems but this time no control in store

We were traveling across Indiana, and didn't realize that there was an hour time difference. We pulled into the lot of the DQ at 10:30, a.m. which is when the drive-thru opens. I knowingly we walked to the door and found it locked. We proceeded back to the car and halfway to the car a very charming young lady open the door and motioned us to come in. I believe she was either the manager or the owner. A very nice lady. Initially they didn't think the grill was hot enough to cook burgers but, within seconds she said it is and took our orders. We sat down to play with our phones, and a few minutes later she delivered the hamburgers and fries and drinks to our table. It was one of the most enjoyable lunches we've had, especially since somebody went to the trouble with opening the dining area on a day where it was close to a hundred and it was comfortably air conditioned. Kudos to the lady that served us and to whomever manages the place if it's not her. She's amazing. And greatly appreciated by us.

Most of the time. but that's what they get when their queen of blooming. dilly bars are so good. I think they should have circus outside and chocolate inside on a smiling bar. or butterscotch on the outside and chocolate on the inside. or what is meant by the outside and chocolate on the inside. I just have to start working for the design team and make my own things, we would be more queen of the blooming!
