Freshii - Westport Village

Food was bland and tasteless. Bad experience overall

Although we order from here plenty of times and the food tastes good, today I received more than just my food. I had also received a long blonde/brown hair in it which I pulled out like it was spaghetti. I would expect people in the restaurant business to wear hair nets.

Did a mobile order and picked it up. They forgot a bunch of toppings and my diet coke. Contacted them through the app and instead of a quick refund they passed the issue off to this store whose manager never reached out or refunded me.I regularly reached out to them but nothing except the local franchise will handle it so I just went to the store again and explained in person to whomever was behind the counter and grabbed my $3 diet coke. (Easier than trying to ask for a refund at this point).Mistakes happen, I don 't blame the employees but the manager and the people higher up the ladder don 't really care about customer service. I won 't be back.

The food was delicious. We ate there. However was relatively expensive for a lunch.

CLOSED currently. I've eaten at Freshii in other locations. The website lets you order, which is great, but you don't learn THIS location is closed until the end. Went out of my way to come here.
