Berlins Cafe - Westport

Stopped for lunch. Great place Nice view of river/mountains. Very clean. Friendly service. Good WiFi. Food very good. Chicken cutlet cooked perfectly. Hot crisp chips. Fresh veggies in side salad. Highly recommend!

Nice accomodations for camping and food/bar. For motorhomes needing power, there are two sites beside the main building, and the location by the side of the road does have traffic passing by throughout the night. Bathrooms and showers are somewhat rundown, but water was hot for showers and the facility is clean. The restaurant/bar is also welcome/appreciated, and reasonably priced. Sandflies were raging during our visit.

Thank you Dean and Carl‍, for opening up for us to stay and allowing our furry family member to stay in our room. This kind of pet friendly hospitality make our adventures away from home possible. The peace and quiet and night sky ,,incredible It was a great decision to break out journey to enable us more time to explore the beauty of the coast. Absolutely recommend Berlins, summer or winter.

Great place on the main highway from Westport to Reefton, found online. Pub was closed due to time of year, but had a double room available, very cheap, Clean tidy and warm.

Only did the cafe but great service and food at reasonable prices
