Panera Bread - Weston

Panera is far superior. I was really disappointed with the kiosk menu system. It took me quite a while to find a simple egg sandwich on a bagel. The staff was slow, and the line was long. After placing our order through the automated system, we waited 30 minutes and had to ask about our food, only to find out it seemed to be missing from their order display. When it finally arrived, my egg sandwich was served on a roll with just an egg, a slice of cheese, and a single napkin on the side. It looked quite shabby. Honestly, a McDonald's egg sandwich looked better than this.

I appreciate the option to dine outdoors. I went with a friend, and we both ordered the Fuji apple salad, but I was quite disappointed. My salad was nothing like a Fuji apple salad, while my friend's had all the ingredients. It's definitely worth checking your food before you dig in.

The only reason I'm giving this restaurant four stars instead of five is due to a recent experience my family and I had where we received incorrect items and our food was served cold. I used to work here for three months in 2021, and at that time, there were plenty of employees who were very helpful and hands-on. Fast forward to 2022, and I noticed that nobody offered me the chance to work the registers and earn tips, even though I was asked to every time I was at the register. I understand that I don’t mind putting in the work, but there are many dedicated employees who deserve to receive tips as well! The person at the register is just the messenger. I used to love coming here occasionally for a peaceful escape, but I was a bit disappointed with the staff's attitude during my last visit. I genuinely hope things improve for you in the future. The flatbread pizzas and desserts are fantastic, thank you!

Bad service, extremely low. After the order we were told that we came back to the line to pick up the croissant we ordered. It was a really long line. If ur a walk in, u need to wait until all online orders are first served. Wait for our food after 30 minutes? we went without our food

I want to recognize Tatiana Andres from catering for always providing me with exceptional customer service with my catering orders and deliveries. They are very organized, prompt, and attentive. The food always tastes fresh and delicious. Thank you and look forward in many more events in the future.
