Chipotle Mexican Grill - Weston

I went to Chipotle in Weston Fl yesterday. Even when food was ok place was dirty. Tables and floors were not clean. It leaves us a very bad impression. People are nice and friendly, but nobody was cleaning.

2 bowls ordered with Guac. Only one came with Guac and the one who had a whole avocado in himself as if they were too lazy to make it right. Also ordered chips and had to go back in to get them because they didn't put them back in the pocket. This is not the first time I had a problem with them. I wouldn't recommend coming to this place. They never get order and they are extremely rude.

Axt, the curly-haired teen, clearly struggles with their job, making it apparent to both employees and customers. Ironically, one might wonder if they'd fare better at a McDonald's, which seems fitting given the disorganization here. A comment or two about the busyness could be understandable, especially from inexperienced teens, but the constant chatter is overwhelming. Honestly, this place has always been subpar; it's best to avoid it altogether.

15 minutes waiting, while the staff who were supposed to prepare for orders snooped around on their phones, wait in a clear look for everyone. And then there are huge chicken chickens who know where and when in the quest dimmer. It won't be back.

I typically enjoy a bit more meat in my burrito, but I decided to order one with just the barbacoa this time. Unfortunately, there was so much meat that I couldn't even keep the burrito intact. The flavor was overwhelmingly salty, which was another downside. Overall, it was just a bit too much for my taste this time.
