Burgerfi - Weston

I dine here frequently with my family, and we absolutely love the food. The CEO and Texas Hot Dogs are particularly delicious. The service is usually excellent as well. During our last visit, Daniela was especially helpful and encouraged me to share our wonderful experience. Thank you, BurgerFi, for your tasty meals!

My family experience at this point was excellent. Starting with the ordering process. The food was brought out in time. The hamburgers, fries and onion rings were hot, fresh and tasty. The CEO of Hamburger is so savory. The onion rings are the best I cost. The ice cream was delicious and of good quality. We appreciate the excellent service of one of our employees, Ana Karina. She greeted us with a great, friendly and warm smile. She was incredibly personal, careful and extremely helpful. Besides the fantastic food, Ana Karina's personality is praying again.

A great burger option. This is a consistent chain no matter where you go. Which is always a plus. This particular location can have its up and down moments when it comes to their prep. I've had the same burger about 5 times and have loved it twice and been okay with it the other 3 times. It all depends on who makes the meal. The flavors and options (they have chicken fingers if your kids are picky) are great. It could do with a couple grilled chicken options, but it is a burger place after all. Get a shake.

My boyfriend and I LOVE burgerfi. We typically go to both Davie and Weston location however the Weston locations customer service is horrible everytime we come. Today walked in with only two other people sitting in the restaurant. No one was at the register when I walked up. Mia then approached the register because her coworker called her. She stood at front register didn?t say hi, just stood there staring at me. Was dry- so unfriendly- took my order. Didn?t ask if I wanted sauces. I said thank you.. no response. Walked back and stood there on her phone. I then got my milkshake- wasn?t exactly what I asked for. Waited a while, Then I get my food asked for sauce and then young man who provided it had a slight attitude as well when I asked and said she didn?t ask me if I wanted any. I was handed our fries and this is what it looks like (photo below) super unfortunate that customer service is so bad here. We love the food not this location.

The quality of food is outstanding, and the service is incredibly friendly. The restaurant is clean and has a cheerful atmosphere, thanks to the fantastic management and wonderful staff. I’d recommend the Pommes wrap—these potatoes truly taste authentic. The onion rings are fried to perfection, and the veggie burger is simply the best! Joe’s legacy shines through here.
