Delicious burger...but again, for the 3rd time going there, no seating. If I can't eat out at this place and everything is carryout. They just lost my business, will not come back till they expand

We ordered 2 American burgers with bacon and an order of chips, to go. My burger had bbq sauce all over it, I DO NOT like BBQ sauce! When I called the woman said someone put it in as a western burger, no apology no nothing! My receipt clearly says 2 American burgers and the tops of our containers did as well. Needless to say, I scraped off what I could and had a partial burger for dinner. They have gotten really expensive, I expect better for their price! We, and several other groups of 2, came inside and were completely ignored. One couple said that someone did say Hi to them, but the rest of us didn't even get that. The staff was busy, but could have easily interacted with those in line and did not. We are talking more than 5 minutes (some were there before we got there, so their time being ignored was longer) that we stood there and got nothing from the people there. This place was recommended to us, but we will not be going back unless something really changes there. Service: 1
