Kim Su Seafood - Westminster

This Dim Sum place was nice and peaceful when we was there. We had a pleasant experience. However, I noticed that some regulars have request a couple special dish that not on the menu. I would like to see those special dishes on the menu as well.Food: 4/5

Good food and prices. We usually go here for dim sum. No white glove treatment but I never had a problem with staff or service.Food: 4/5

I've been coming here for birthdays and other celebrations for over 15 years. I don't know when it happened exactly, but the food has not been the same lately. Of course, the lobster is still good, but it just wasn't as good as before. Plus, so many of their other dishes that I usually order have tasted so different from what I remembered. e.g, I loved the Kung Pao Chicken and French Style Beef, but in my last two visits, those have tasted unbelievably bland. On top of that, the portions are smaller than before all while charging more for them!I recently took my friends here for a celebration, and the food was so disappointing that I felt shame and embarrassment for taking them here.I used to give this place 5 stars, and I used to tell everyone about this place! Now giving it even 2 stars feels a bit too generous. I'm not gonna come back either.

We must boycott this restaurant so they can let go of all the waiters and waitress!!! Re train the new service team to appreciate customers and improve on customers focus. The food is good but the service is so bad that no one wants to support this restaurant.

Services are bad. Restrooms were filthy and flooded into the restaurant's floor. Shortage of employees. Took forever to get our foods during dimsum.
