The Dim Sum Co - Westminster

This restaurant offers authentic dim sum at affordable prices. I always order the Pork Shrimp Dumplings (Xiu Mai), Shrimp Balls (Chao Tom), and ham siu gok (fried meat dumplings). The baked char siu buns are also a must-try. Everything is delicious!

Excellent the pork dumplings were warm tender and juicy the custard was sweet and fluffy the rice with flavorful juicy and had plenty of Chinese sausage the pork and shrimp dumplings were juicy fresh hot and a great size.

Very very good even with delivery! Super flavorful, authentic dimsum. Would def order again. Loved the pork egg Congee (Chao) , Rice Noodle Rolls w/ Shrimp (Banh Cuon Tom) , Egg Custard Buns (Banh Bao Cade) and shumai! Large portions too

Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The wonton soup had an overpowering fishy taste, and the pan-fried chicken dumplings were served cold. The juicy pork dumplings (Xiao Long Bao) were overcooked, falling apart and leaving the soup at the bottom of the container. I won't be ordering from this restaurant again.

The pork and century egg congee, rice noodle roll, and passion fruit drink were all delicious. However, the che thai had an unusual medicinal aftertaste that I haven't experienced at other restaurants.
