I ordered banh canh tom cua (seafood udon) and my wife ordered the chicken curry with baguette. My udon was good with crab meat, 2 large shrimps and 2 meatballs. The broth was quite delicious. My wife's curry was creamy and very well flavored. The chicken could be a bit more tender. The baguette was nice and hot. Overall, it's a good place for a quick bite and reasonably priced.
Located in the heart of Little Saigon, this restaurant offers a unique experience that sets it apart from traditional Vietnamese eateries. The cuisine has a French influence, and the standout dish is the beef tongue. While the service was a bit slow, the food was quite enjoyable. The interior is clean, although seating is limited. Parking can be challenging during busy times like lunch and dinner. Additionally, it's important to note that the facility is not wheelchair accessible.
This restaurant may not appear impressive in the heart of the Vietnamese Bolsa district, but don't let its appearance deceive you. The dishes here are bursting with flavor and make for an excellent Vietnamese breakfast. They open at 7 AM, and the place surprisingly fills up quickly in the morning, with coffee enthusiasts enjoying their drinks outside. I ordered to go, and the cashier was incredibly helpful and patient, even double-checking my order. The customer service is outstanding, and the quality of the food is top-notch. If you come by, be sure to try the Vietnamese milk coffee or black coffee; you won’t regret it!
This place is quite disappointing. Despite the delicious cakes and food, the customer service has taken a nosedive from a fantastic 10/10 family atmosphere to a frustrating 2/10, as if they think we owe them for our patronage. I called to ask about my purse, which I might have left behind, and the staff had the audacity to tell me I needed to come in person because they were too busy to check at the front counter. Why would I need to go there in person? It wouldn't take long to check—this place is practically the size of a café! Moreover, even when you are there in person, the service isn't much better, so I'm not sure what keeps them so busy. Finally, if I did go in person, how would that help them find my purse any faster than just checking over the phone?
Great atmosphere and friendly service! The food was fresh and delicious. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends. The prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous. Keep up the great work!
