Subway - Westminster

The best subway experience ever!!! I was greeted with great enthusiasm. It felt like they really had a passion for making sandwiches. They finished the order of each customer, have a nice day. My sub was delicious and her customer service is top-notch.

After having had a negative experience in another local sub-shop (rhyme with "tire mouse" where we were treated as an inposition for a walk within an hour of their closing time, it was both refreshing and pleasant to be taken up in the store with open arms, although it was just a few minutes before closing. Michael made our sub-parts with generous portions and attention to detail, even suggestions to improve our decisions. He couldn't have been more polite and pleasant. So it should be done!

I have to say that Westminster MD subway on Jermor Lane is by far the best subway I was. From cleanliness, service, food and cash. The three gentleman who worked was amazing. They listened carefully to each customer and made sure to clean between each guest. These guys deserve praise. You can't find a great service. I really appreciate how attentive they were all.

This is by far the best subway I have ever been to service is excellent, the staff are friendly and actually SMILE and ENGAGE in conversation with their customers!! The food is wonderful. The owner of this franchise is a model of what it really means to own a business that she always greets you with a smile and gets to know the customers. It gives the restaurant a mum and pop atmosphere that is hard to find, especially in chain restaurants.

Love Subway. This location is nice and clean. During my most recent visit the lady working behind the counter was especially nice. She clearly labeled my subs so it was easy to give them to the proper people. I also love that this location has the red hots (red cherry peppers) and the baby spinach leaves. While traving I discovered a lot of Subways do not. We're lucky to have such a nice Subway in Hanover.
