Starbucks - Westminster

I had a wonderful experience at this place. The coffee is consistently delicious and fresh, and I also love their sandwiches and baked goods. They offer a wide variety of options to choose from, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone in search of a large cup of coffee or some tasty food!

I recently visited Dietucks and ordered a medium coffee, only to discover that they now charge an extra $1.20 for cream. I clarified that I was just requesting regular cream—not extra, not a different type, just the standard cream that typically comes with coffee. The barista, clearly disheartened, responded that they were just following the rules and didn’t set them. I expressed my disappointment, especially since Dietucks used to promote adding cream to coffee without an extra charge. I felt it was important to share this change, as it seems unfair that customers are now being charged for something that was traditionally included.

On August 3, 2022, around 10:20 AM, I ordered two venti vanilla cream cold brews with extra sweet cream, and instead, I received two ice creams—one venti and one grande. Seriously? It’s not like I ordered anything complicated! I can’t help but wonder what the issue is at this location. Are they so busy that their employees aren’t properly trained, or is it just a matter of laziness? This Starbucks has been nothing but disappointing. I didn't bother to tell them that my drinks were wrong, as it seems delivering incorrect orders and providing poor customer service is the norm here. My advice to anyone considering a stop at this location is to save yourself the hassle and drive to the Starbucks at 120th and I-25 instead; you'll receive much better service there!

There is a coffee master who worked at 8:09 on the 28th juli and wears a mask. she must be one of the most rude individual I have ever spoken to. change their ton.
