Starbucks - Westminster

The restaurant is in a fantastic location! However, the drive-thru line could use some improvement. There is no indoor dining area, so customers must either order from the window or go through the drive-thru. I recently visited for a mobile order and had a quick and smooth experience. The drinks were made perfectly and the customer service was excellent.

The first item we ordered had cream in it, but it was missing despite being listed on the label. For my second order, I got a white mocha that wasn't even stirred! Should I really have to stir my own drink? This is not the first time they have made mistakes like this and it probably won't be the last. I will likely not be returning to this restaurant in the future.

I typically don't complain about customer service, but this time I feel compelled to do so. My negative experience was with a girl who seemed disinterested and careless when it came to processing my payment. When I approached the window to pay, she did not lift the machine to complete my transaction, instead telling me to make the payment there. I explained that I couldn't reach the machine due to a recent surgery, but she simply placed it on the counter and did not assist further. Even when I asked for a receipt, she handed it to me carelessly, causing it to fall to the floor. As a business owner myself, I expect better service and professionalism. I have already expressed my concerns in a Google review.

This situation is abysmal. twice I went through the drive and no one speaks the loudspeaker to take an order.

Ordered a latte with oat milk through the app and they used regular milk. I'm lactose intolerant, last time I order from any Starbucks.
