Here’s my order for today, and I have to say, this place has the best dishes around: *Ramen *Takoyaki *Gyoza

I'm so glad I came across the positive reviews. The ramen was delicious! My wife and I ordered the special, and I thought the broth had the perfect consistency—rich and flavorful with just the right amount of spices. Everything about this dish was fantastic. I’ll definitely return the next time I'm in the area.

This is an excellent spot for ramen! The special dish had a nice spicy kick, and the chicken broth was incredibly flavorful. It came with a Chashu Don rice bowl, which was perfect for soaking up the delicious broth.

Motto ramen is located in target area of Huntington Beach. Super convenient location. Inside is clean and newly renovated. The bowls are a good size, not too big and not too little. The ramen is al dente, pork broth is tasty and just right. I chose the spicy classic ramen. Would definitely come back here again. Highly recommend this restaurant. Excellent customer service and fast delivery of food.
