Jamba Juice - Westminster

The server was fantastic, but she was the only one on shift, which made it take a long time just to get my order taken. They really need to hire more staff for this place! Even the most dedicated worker can't handle the workload meant for three or more people.

The smoothies I received were watery and unevenly portioned. I spent $45 and was really disappointed because the quality was much lower than what I could easily make at home. The photo I took only shows 4 out of the 6 smoothies I ordered. Additionally, I didn’t earn any rewards points for my app order, and I didn't receive a response when I reached out to both the store and customer support about these issues. I love Jamba Juice, but I won’t be returning to this location. The interior also felt unclean and had an odd smell, especially during the 30 minutes I waited for my subpar order. To top it off, this location has higher prices compared to others.

I've always enjoyed my visits to this Jamba location. The service is consistently fast, and the staff is friendly.

I wanted Jamba. He wanted Starbucks. Perfect. Excellent customer service. Awesome Razmatazz.

I was waiting to buy a smoothie and all the pick up orders that arrived was served before me. Don't walk in to buy something here.
