Ihop - Westminster

The food was delicious, and our waitress was very friendly and efficient, getting our order and food to us quickly. The service was excellent—much better than what we experienced at 52 and Wadsworth.

The service is consistently friendly, and the food is served at a nice hot temperature. The plants are also clean and well-maintained.

I had a mixed experience at this restaurant. On September 18, they used a credit card machine that stored our card information for billing, which was helpful for those of us who didn’t have enough cash. I clearly wrote down the exact amount for the bill next to my card information and left a generous tip in cash. However, when I checked my account later, I noticed they charged me an unauthorized fee that exceeded what I owed, even after deducting the cash tip I had indicated on the slip. The meal itself was good, earning four stars, and our waitress was friendly. Unfortunately, the unauthorized charge by the payment processor completely ruined my experience, so I have to give them zero stars overall.

Perhaps not the biggest time to talk to the staff about false teller to false tables at the entrance of the exo line. the manager stepped over the fallen child menu on the floor several times before a server picked it up. from a former restaurant manager to the other, guest experience perception is everything, cleanliness counts.

I never knew the burgers at IHOP were so great! Our server Casey was awesome; Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and perfectly available, never too much or too little. It was too cold imo, but that's ok, I grabbed a sweatshirt from the car.
