Chili's Grill - Westminster

Nicole our waitress is great at her job. She noticed I got the wrong chicken sandwich and had it fixed without me mentioning anything to her. She checked on us just enough and it was a delight. Thank you for taking good care of us and the quick servicefrom everyone

Let me tell you, when you put hot fries and a freshly grilled burger in poorly vented plastic and leave it out for twenty minutes, you end up with a cold, soggy dinner. I’ve worked in the food industry for many years and typically offer a lot of understanding as a customer, but for the price I paid, this was particularly disappointing. Additionally, the young woman handling curbside service could use some training on how to interact with unhappy customers; she clearly didn’t notice the frustration of the man who was ahead of me in line.

This is one of the better Chili's locations to dine at. We had a group of 23 people celebrating an anniversary, and they accommodated us without any issues. The food was delicious, although the fried items were a bit oilier than usual. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent staff.

Food was for pick up. Food was brought out 20 minutes past the pick up time. French fries kids pizza were cold. Lettuce on the hamburger and chicken sandwich was brown. We order Chili's 2x a month. Food is usually pretty good and service has not been anissue previously. Cars were lined up waiting for pick up orders, so they were probably short on help. Think they were justhaving a bad day. Was very disappointed, but will return....hopefully this was a one time event.
