This charming sandwich shop, along with other offerings, is nestled in a bustling shopping center. It boasts ample seating, creating an open and spacious atmosphere, and offers a wide variety of menu items. The staff was friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. The food was not only delicious but also served in generous portions. Although I had heard about this place for quite some time, I was hesitant to tackle the challenging parking situation. However, it was definitely worth the visit! Regarding dietary restrictions, one member of my party is gluten-free and dairy-free, and they had no trouble finding several options to choose from. On the downside, the parking lot is quite problematic; it gets very crowded due to all the shops, making navigation difficult. I was surprised there weren't any accidents during our visit, as there were several moments when I expected one to occur.

I had a Rachel sandwich that was both hearty and delicious, accompanied by a side of potato salad. As always, it was just perfect. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very patient while I made my decision. I also enjoyed the refreshing and complimentary lemon water.

Co-workers and myself frequent Blue Bistro for lunch. Typically once or twice a week. On Monday we called in an order and when we went to pick it up we asked to split the bill. We were told we couldn 't split the bill, odd as we 've done that in the past. Then we asked for extra ketchups, several people got fries as their side. We were told the ketchups were already in the bag. We said great, can we get extra packets please. The employee, said No, there is plenty in the bag . We spent $90 for 5 people to get lunch and can 't split a bill or get a few extra ketchup packets... okay good luck Blue Bistro
