We went to Baskin Robins to celebrate my wife's successful surgery and for a treat we ordered the very popular Cappuccino Blast. The sweet lady behind the counter said sure... swipe you card here, it will be a little more than 12 dollars so I did and the card was charged. Then she told us she was out of the cappuccino but had ice coffee... we said ok? Cappuccino blasts come with ice cream in it crushed ice and cappuccino, a little whip cream. WHAT WE ENDED UP GETTING WAS VERY/SUPER SWEET ICE COFFEE... no ice cream no cappuccino no trying to fix the order. This lady pointed at a picture on the window and said that's what we have...... Well we should have known when ordering off the menu behind the counter that wasn't the way you should order! I guess we should have know better. ****! No... absolutely no customer service... didn't offer to take them back or offer us anything else. They were terrible. Baskin Robins you should try to train people to provide customer service and how to make your special treats that ARE ON YOUR FREAKIN MENU or... take the freakin items off the menu. We took the drink out side and poured them in a bush. They were not drinkable!!!!! I give them a 1 out of 10... get better Baskin Robinson or loose more customers like us!!!!!!

The workers here are rude. Also, the ice cream cake I ordered doesn’t have personal message on it even though it was listed when I ordered it. I absolutely don’t recommend this place. I loooove baskin-robbins but this location is just terrible.
