5280 Burger - Westminster

I have been here 4 times but this last time was not good at all. Ordered a French dip and it was mediocre. As for service, it was bad today. Maybe the waitress was having a bad day/ overwhelmed? Food took extra long to come out. Then they forgot part of my order. Took over 30 minutes just to check out. Then I got charged for an item I didn't order. I will be back because there burgers are amazing. Hopefully the service was a one time thing?

Matthew was a great server for helping us. He forgot our BBQ sauce and our fries were ok. Work on not touching tops of bottles when serving them. Thank you for a decent lunch experience.

Had dinner here this evening, and it was a standard super busy Friday night, so there was a bit of a wait, but the staff were all friendly.Kailey was our server, and she was pleasant and attentive.Both our burgers came out a bit undercooked (mine being more red/raw-ish than pink), and it looked like it was due to uneven heat on the grill. Regardless, Kailey was quick to make it right and swiftly had mine remade, and it was perfect the second time! She was persistent in taking care of something on our check, and since we declined a round of libations, they discounted both burgers, which was a very nice gesture.Things happen sometimes and especially on a particularly busy night, but they took care of us, and we still enjoyed the experience!All in all, their burgers put the competition to shame (Bad Daddy's especially, lol)! I highly recommend their Hot Honey Chicken Bites and trying one of their cocktails, too!

Their wings are SO good and something about the ranch is just amazing. Also love their asadero cheese. I haven't had anything that I didn't like. Love the people and vibe too. We go weekly!!
