Outback Steakhouse Westlake

My birthday dinner Monday 27. March they have new chefs a brand new kitchen and I have to admit for a Monday night my steak melted in my mouth I do not order the outback steaks because I feel that this is a lower meat variety, which is why it is cheaper, but I ordered the ribeye with a sweet potato and I could not have asked for a better meal on my birthday it was perfect

Absolutely the best service I've ever experienced! Lindsay L. was the best server, with an excellent personality. She was attentive and provided fantastic recommendations for food choices. It was evident how much she enjoyed working there. The steak was perfect. I highly recommend this place!

We stayed for lunch (half way between Buffalo, N.Y. and Lansing, M.I. with 4 adults and 7 children under the age of 9. You could join our party size. Our waitress was amazing and patient. The food came out immediately and all the plates were correct. Great experience!

I had a lovely and cozy lunch with my sister yesterday! Everything was delicious and freshly made on-site. Our server was fantastic!

Today was a delightful day—it was my birthday, and we chose to celebrate at my favorite steakhouse, Outback. This turned out to be the best experience I've ever had there! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding. I even noticed some positive changes in the restaurant. I felt compelled to compliment them for their excellent service. Adam, Sarrah, and Paula were exceptional. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt it was necessary this time because Adam provided such fantastic customer service and ensured my steak was absolutely perfect!
