Otis Henry's Grill - Westlake

I always enjoy my experiences dining or just having a drink at Otis Henry's! The food is top-notch and of gourmet quality.

The customer service was terrible. They had open seats at the bar that were marked as reserved but didn't allow us to sit there, even though the couple behind us was able to. The buffets were also disappointing.

I have visited this relaxed steakhouse a few times and found it to be quite satisfactory. I typically order the steaks, but on one occasion I decided to try something different.

Always enjoy the food and the staff.. everyone makes you feel at home and relaxed. I don't think I have had every item on the menu yet but all the ones I have tried so far have been great. Wish they served lunch.

My wife and I ate there today and it was a wonderful dining experience, from the service and hospitality on to the food and the other couples we were seated next to. Keep up the good work waitress Krystal, we will be back.
