Roast Rice Asian Fusion

I'm here with my son for lunch today. the service was a little slow as I am sure that they are short staff, just like any other business in these days. we had spicy beef salad and huhn tom yum suppe (as we try to cut carbs, they were both delicious. we would definitely come back.

I really loved the tom ka noodle soup. I have seasoned, but I wish it needed more, but overall I love it.

I have tried the kimchi fried rice three times, the Singapore noodles, and curry chicken fried rice. My boyfriend had the crispy chicken over rice four times. The dishes were always delicious and consistently good! The fried rice dishes were spicy but tasty. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We had an incredibly delicious meal at a restaurant with a surprisingly diverse menu! Each dish we tried, from the roti with curry to the pineapple fried rice, was a unique and flavorful experience. The generous portions were a pleasant surprise, especially in an area where bland food is so common. It's rare to find a restaurant that offers such a fusion of cuisines, and does it well! There's something for everyone on the menu, with Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Indian options. Our favorite dishes were the roasted chicken over rice and the pineapple fried rice. The pad thai was also excellent. We want to give kudos to the owners for providing such a great dining experience in Westlake Village. We'll definitely be back. One tip for management: work on improving the SEO of your website so that it's easier to find when searching for "Roast and Rice."
