Contribuiți la feedbackThe staff are typically accommodating; on one occasion, I dined with a rather eccentric friend—lovely but a bit quirky—who started with a main course, then ordered another, and while I was contemplating dessert, decided to add a starter. The staff managed to keep their smiles in check and fulfilled our orders without any fuss. If I had to point out a criticism, it would be the lighting, which can be somewhat harsh with its halogen bulbs. However, I noticed during my last visit that they were working on improving it. The overall decor is somewhat dark and heavy, so the bright illumination can be a bit overwhelming. On the positive side, there are small side booths that offer a softer and more pleasant lighting experience. The menu also mentions the Albyn restaurant, which I’ve reviewed on Qype. I'm not sure how they're connected, but given the quality of the food, I wouldn’t be surprised if they share management or a kitchen. For around £50 for two people with a couple of drinks, I think that's pretty good value for what you get.
The Holiday Inn is an excellent hotel. Both of its restaurants, Luigi's and the Glentanar Lounge, offer a wide selection of dishes, and every time I've visited, the food has consistently been outstanding. The service is also commendable; the staff are courteous and eager to assist.
I had a wonderful meal at Luigie's in the Holiday Inn at Westhill. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the options on the Celebration Menu were fantastic—there was something for everyone. I can't wait for our next visit!
