Panera Bread - Westford

The food was good overall. However, I believe the one sandwich could have been improved. It had very little sauce, and it definitely didn't match the picture displayed in the window, which showed a delicious-looking chicken sandwich with plenty of sauce. I could hardly taste it on mine. On a positive note, everything was fresh and the restaurant was clean.

I frequently visit this restaurant for lunch, as I only have half an hour to return to work. To save time, I always place my order online in advance. However, I consistently find myself waiting at least 40 minutes in-store, even though I ordered 20 minutes before my arrival. It's ridiculous how long they take to prepare a simple sandwich!

Unfortunately, they don't know how to properly toast a bagel. Any employee who sees a bagel with no change in color and serves it as toasted, then fails to offer to toast it again when asked, should not be working there. It's disappointing. Since they refused to toast it correctly after I paid for it, I won't be ordering food from this Panera again.

This Panera in particular has alot of rude and disrespectful employees including especially the male manager. They take way too long with doordash orders, missing pick up times, and prioritizing pick up/online PANERA orders over doordash orders whichisnt okay to the paying customers waiting for their food, nor the driver bringing said food. And SOMETIMES when the food isready, they wont hand it over because its not in 'the order (aka prioritizing Panera Online orders incorrectly). Servsafe/Theboard of health would LOVE to hear how long the food is sitting in some of these places. I wouldnt order Panera Doordash If Iwere you.

I work at the petco in the same plaza as this Panera bread. I can't walk to get my food since the walk would take up most of my break. I ordered my food on an app at 3pm it said it would arrive at 4:06 then it got pushed back to 4:15 and it was finallydelivered at 5:03pm. The driver for my ordered waited there for over 45 minutes to get my order and he had messaged me when hearrived at the Panera so I know it wasn't his fault it was so late. I could also see his location on the app and saw him sittingoutside waiting to get my order. I think the Panera completely forgot about my order to be honest which was extremely annoyingfor me and the driver. Their customer service is not great and they don't seem to care that much when they mess up or forgetabout your order. They also forgot my chips which was also very annoying.
