Contribuiți la feedbackI didn't want to say anything to them at the time, but when I got back to the car I really did not feel comfortable drinking my coffee after watching a maskless customer stand over it talking to the lady who worked there. I really wish I asked them to remake it. Very upset that the people who work at this establishment served this man. He wasn't only not wearing a mask but was VERY talkative spreading his germs even more. This is a time where we all need to be working together to manage this pandemic. It's REALLY not that hard to put a mask on for the safety and comfort of others. NO SHIRT NO SHOES NO MASK NO SERVICE. Very disappointed. This location is generally very friendly and good service and I'm more upset with the customer than the establishment. So I don't know if its fair to take it out on them with a bad review, but its their responsibility to ask them to leave or put on a mask for the safety of everyone else. Especially the person whose coffee this man is breathing on.
I went there recently and see that the mask opinion is very poor. The lady behind the counter would consistently drop the mask below her nose and instead of helping new customers, would socialize with two customers who were not wearing masks despite it being posted as a requirement. While I like Dunkin? normally I don?t want to return to this location without better mask management, something we won?t see empirical proof from until this is over. Also my food was cold in the center. I do not recommend this location.

I visited the Westford Veterinary clinic and, while my dog was being taken care of, I went to get a cup of coffee. I waited for ten minutes to be served, but the employee was busy attending to a police officer. While I sat there, others in the café kept asking me why I was waiting so long. Eventually, I decided to leave, feeling very disappointed with the service.
This is my go-to coffee shop, and I frequently stop by for breakfast. However, during my last visit, I noticed the staff were engaging with customers who were refusing to wear masks. This felt unsafe, and I won’t be returning anytime soon. Please enforce your policies to ensure everyone’s safety!
