Domino's Pizza - Westford

I chose to redeem my reward points for a pizza delivery. I ordered a medium pan pizza with chicken and extra Alfredo sauce. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived drenched in Alfredo sauce. (Aug 7, 2022)

Very friendly staff. I've been ordering on Friday or Saturday nights for a couple months now and I've never had an issue with my orders. Same girl is there every time and she's excellent. Food is always ready for me when I arrive. I don't understand howthere are so many negative reviews. These people must be desperate for free meals.

Terrible humans! It was going to be 40 minutes for a small cheese pizza and they only told me after I paid and I simply said please let me know before and the cashier flipped out and screamed at me. These people need to lose this franchise. All I saidwas 'let people know what the wait is '. This place is a garbage pit. Terrible humans

UPDATE: I decided to give this location another chance, thinking they might have improved. What a poor decision that turned out to be! The phone service is always automated, and when they finally did answer, they transferred me back to the bot. There’s no excuse for such terrible customer service, which seems to be getting worse over time. I can’t believe I ever thought my previous review was too harsh.

On a Friday night, there was only one employee working. I waited for an hour without receiving my order and ended up leaving empty-handed, wasting my money in the process. This is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the company. On June 22nd, the same issue occurred with two workers on duty, yet all orders were still around 15 minutes late. If you're short-staffed, it's better not to open the store at all.
