Subway - Westfield

I ordered an Italian cold cut sandwich but received a bologna and cheese sandwich instead, along with a side of sweet ones. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was informed that the manager is rarely on-site. I requested for the manager to call me back, however, I never received that call. I have no intention of returning to this restaurant again. If I could give a rating lower than 1, I definitely would.

I used to think this Subway wasn't great, but recently they have really improved. Every time I come here now, everything is good. I mean, it's still just Subway, but all things considered, they do a good job. Plus, they have cookies now, which is a bonus. And they have spinach again, which is another bonus. I can't really complain!

The food was delicious, but I believe they should inform customers that adding avocado costs $1.50 for a small portion, which is equivalent to only 2 teaspoons. You can buy a whole avocado for just $1.00.

Charged me $7.99 for the Turkey Bacon Guacamole Sandwich, menu board said it was $7.69. The girl would not give me my $0.30 back. She said I'd have to talk to the manager. The manager was not there.

Ok service for a gas station subway.
