Dont use a credit card at this restaurant they will charge you extra. Im pretty sure thats against credit card policy and they dont tell you until they change your receipt. Been ordering at this restaurant for over 10 years food is usually always consistent and i’ve never had to complain. Tonight I had ordered the chicken gyro which I have gotten plenty of times in the past but tonight the sauce tasted like it had gone bad or something wasn’t right, I called them and asked them if I could get a different meal and the owner insisted that he tried the chicken and it was fine even though that wasn’t what I was complaining about. He told me there was nothing he could do about it and was giving me a hard time about a refund. He continued to laugh at me on the phone because I wanted a refund or a new meal. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 5+ years and I’ve never heard anybody speak to a highly paying customer. Can’t believe i’ve spent thousands here just to find out the owner doesn’t care about the quality of his food. Would give 0 stars after this experience if I could.
