Elm Pizza - Westfield

One of the better pizza places in town, but you can 't go wrong with their grinders either. My personal favorite has to be the Steak Bomb. Friendly, expeditious service. Also, plenty of items on the menu for spice enthusiasts .

I love their website. It's so user friendly and their food never leaves me disappointed. The deliverymen are very kind and accommodating. I live somewhere that's easy to miss and they always find me easy in comparison to other deliverymen.

These people are Irresponsible and indignified on the idea of what service means means. I would not order anything from these people these people. Half of them don't even speak English . You will not get exactly what you wanted . You will not get yourorder, the driver will show up and not do his job . Every time you water you will get the same thing . They are incompetent andwe never order a gun from them

Went there for first time. Good food. Unfortunately, the customer service was bad. The younger blond girl that worked the counter had attitude when asked a question and confirmation about menu pricing. And the young guy who prepped the food and saidmy order was ready didn't even say, thank you. These two workers know absolutely nothing about customer service and respect.Therefore, although the restaurant has good food, I will neither return nor recommend Elm Pizza to anyone. There are many moreplaces in Western Mass for pizza without the attitudes.

Ordered a BBQ crispy chicken pizza for delivery. Took about 45 minutes but this was at Peak time and I found out that originally the order was made wrong so they took the extra time to make sure it was made right. The food came exactly how I wanted it and apretty good price. I would highly recommend.
