Tim Hortons - Westerville

I typically have a positive experience at this restaurant, but today was exceptional! It was my son's 9th birthday and all he wanted for his special breakfast was Tim Horton's Strawberry Vanilla donuts. Unfortunately, the person in front of us got the last 2. When my son mentioned this to the cashier, he kindly offered to make 2 fresh ones "just for you." It may have been part of their routine, but it truly made my son feel special and brightened his day. Thank you, Tim Horton's, for your outstanding customer service!

I needed a creative way for my child to ask their prom date, and fortunately, we found the perfect donuts at this Tim Hortons. They don't display them all, so we had to request more of the chocolate iced variety, and luckily, they had some in the back. What's odd is that they are made in Canada, shipped, and "finished" here. The very friendly staff made our visit a pleasant experience.

I have visited many Tim Hortons locations, but this one truly stands out as one of the best! The staff always goes the extra mile for customers and the wait times are consistently short. I am incredibly impressed with the exceptional customer service. Thank you!
